Aloha Hope all had a joyful and safe holiday season. I?m geared up for another successful year and looking forward to taking my business to the next level. I understand how important private money lenders are to my success. In 2013 my goal is to convert lenders to ?funding partners?. After creating the relationships and then completing several very profitable transactions in 2012 I realized how much of a ?partnership? this process really is. I pride myself on keeping my ?funding partners? engaged with updates. That?s until they say ?stop?! Yes is does require some time and effort from the funding partners but my goal is to make it as productive as possible. This is why it is vitally important to understand there wants and needs before, during and after each transaction. I never take anything for granted and respect my funding partners time ,circumstances and money just as I would like to be treated. I have seen so many investors get caught up in ?getting the money? ?one n done? that I have recognized that to be successful in this aspect of my business I need to treat it differently and constantly educate myself on how to manage this type of professional partnership. It?s not all about the money !
